To date Sufjan Stevens has recorded no less than 7 albums in his short solo career spanning from 2000. Those 7 albums in order of release date are A Sun Came (2000), Enjoy Your Rabbit (2001), Michigan (2004), Seven Swans (2004), Illinois (2005), Songs for Christmas (2006), and The Avalanche (2006). However, this is definetly not the end of Sufjan Stevens album releases as he has promised to release an individual album for each of the 50 states of America.
